Abstract(s)
Considerando o enquadramento do investimento das empresas em Portugal, muito assente nos apoios comunitários, para o que a criação de planos de negócio é essencial nas respectivas candidaturas, surge uma oportunidade de transformar estes documentos, muitas vezes meramente tácticos, em elementos estratégicos para a empresa.
Assim, o presente relatório ambiciona dotar a EIROSTEC de um guia de Plano de Negócio a ser utilizado nos seus processos de consultoria de gestão, que culminará na proposta de planos de negócio a apresentar aos seus clientes.
Com este guia pretende-se que a EIROSTEC aumente o valor que cria para os seus clientes na área da consultoria de gestão.
O guia proposto foi elaborado não apenas tendo por base a literatura relativa ao tema, mas também tendo em conta as necessidades que puderam ser levantadas das entrevistas efectuadas, bem como da análise da documentação da oferta existente.
Como tal, o guia proposto neste trabalho visa não só orientar o índice dos planos de negócio propostos aos clientes da EIROSTEC, como também servir de base para todo o processo de planeamento nas empresas suas clientes, que a consultora deverá co-liderar com as mesmas, numa verdadeira proposta de parceria de valor acrescentado.
A proposta de guia de Plano de Negócio aponta para uma parceria activa entre a consultora e o cliente em todo o processo de planeamento, no acompanhamento externo da execução do plano e na sua monitorização, para permitir um continuo ajustamento em função da evolução da envolvente onde a empresa opera.
Considering the importance that EU funding represents nowadays in the framework of Portuguese corporate investment, and since the business plan is an essential part of the process, this represents an amazing opportunity to start using this tool as a strategic element instead of exclusively tactic in order to obtain the funding. So, the present internship report intends to provide EIROSTEC with a Business Plan framework to be used in the business consulting area, which will culminate in the business plans proposed to the clients. With this guide the objective is to the EIROSTEC increase a value created to the clients with the business consulting area. The proposed framework was created not only based in the literature on the subject, but also taken into account the needs that were possible to raise based on the interviews, as well as the analysis of the documents from the company activity. Thus, this framework intends not only to orientate the table of the content of the business plan, but also to guide all the process of planning that is going to happen between the consultant and the client, co-leaded by the consultant, in a strict teamwork that will create value to the client. The Business Plan framework proposed aim to an active partnership between the consultant and the client in all the planning process, in the external follow up of the execution of the business plan, as well as in its monitoring process in order to enable a continuous adjustment based on the external environment evolution.
