The integration activities in leisure is assumed as an important factor in mental health protection and promotion of welfare (Moghadom, 2011). Since leisure is an area of deficit in schizophrenia, a logic of psychosocial rehabilitation, Roder, Brenner Zorn and Müller (2002) developed as a complement to the program Integrated Psychological Therapy (Brenner, Roder & Hodel, 1994) three sub-designed to minimize the shortcomings in the field of operation in the community of individuals with schizophrenia in residential areas, employment and leisure ("Whonen, Arbeit and Freizet" - WAF). This multiple case study's main objective was to evaluate the effectiveness of the program of the Occupation of Free Time from WAF in the areas of satisfaction with the occupation of free time, general self-efficacy and quality of life of patients with partial. The results demonstrate the influence of the program referred to in stimulating a more active leisure by participants - espoletando a decreased satisfaction with the occupation of free time through the stimulation of a critical sense concerning the selection of activities attended. There have been improvements in self-levels. As regards the quality of life has not been possible to obtain a uniform pattern on the results obtained. Thus, we conclude that integration in the program has positive impact on sense of self-efficacy promoting the critical sense, providing a reassuring environment for skills training both social and planning and organization of free time. The following is a reflection of study limitations and suggestions for future research.
