Este artigo resulta de uma reflexão que tenho vindo a fazer no sentido de compreender qual o papel e em que medida pode o linguista ou o neurolinguista intervir nas equipas multidisciplinares quando existem perturbações da linguagem. Desde a descrição e análise do comportamento linguístico do indivíduo, até à avaliação e intervenção, esse papel pode ser precioso, se bem entendido e bem aplicado.
This paper results on an ongoing reflexion about the role which a linguist or a neurolinguist has to play in a multidisciplinary team when there is language impairment. Many assets from linguistics domain can be fundamental and precious for this team work like the description and analysis of the linguistic behavior but also the contributions for the assessment and the rehabilitation of the individuals with language impairment.
