Abstract(s)
O mercado em que operam as organizações atualmente está em constante mudança, mais
exigente, com necessidades diferentes para as partes interessadas: clientes, acionistas,
colaboradores, ambiente e da própria sociedade. A par destas necessidades, surgem
outras, tais como a necessidade de as organizações se certificarem em normas da
qualidade como a NP EN ISO 9001:2015 ou, pelo menos, de implementarem sistemas de
gestão que lhes permitam ter outros aspetos, nomeadamente poluição e riscos de acidentes
no trabalho, sob o seu controlo. Assim sendo, as organizações procuram soluções
integradas, que respondam às questões relacionadas com sistemas de gestão ambiental e
de segurança entre outras. É objetivo do presente trabalho de projeto apresentar uma
proposta de implementação de um Sistema Integrado de Gestão da Qualidade e
Investigação, Desenvolvimento e Inovação, através da implementação dos referenciais
normativos NP EN ISO 9001:2015 - Sistemas de Gestão da Qualidade, Requisitos e NP
4457:2007- Sistemas de Gestão da Investigação, Desenvolvimento e Inovação.
As normas a integrar são compatíveis, embora a NP 4457:2007 apresente quatro pontos
específicos. Apresentam uma convergência nos restantes requisitos, sendo possível
implementar a NP EN ISO 9001:2015 isoladamente e abarcando a gestão da Investigação
Desenvolvimento Inovação. No entanto, existindo referencial normativo, decidiu seguirse
o mesmo e sugerir a implementação integrada resultante deste trabalho de projeto. Os
resultados obtidos permitem suportar a integração das normas acima mencionadas,
através da definição de processos e documentos elaborados. Permitem ainda, após
implementação, certificar a organização de acordo com os referenciais normativos NP
EN ISO 9001:2015 e NP 4457:2007.
The market in which organizations operate today is constantly changing, more demanding, with different needs for stakeholders: customers, shareholders, employees, environment and society itself. In addition to these requirements, there are others, such as the need for organizations to be certified in quality standards such as NP EN ISO 9001:2015 or, at least, to implement management systems that enable them to control other aspects, including pollution and the risk of accidents at work. Therefore, organizations seek integrated solutions that address the issues related to environmental management and security systems among others. It is the aim of this work project to present a proposal to implement an Integrated Quality Management and Research, Development and Innovation System, through the implementation of NP EN ISO 9001: 2015- Quality Management Systems, Requirements and NP 4457:2007- Research, Development and Innovation Management Systems standards. The standards to be integrated are compatible, although the NP 4457: 2007 presents four specific points. They have a convergence in the remaining requirements, and it is possible to implement the NP EN ISO 9001: 2015 by itsefl and covering the management of Research, Development and Innovation. However, existing regulatory framework, one decided to follow up this norm and suggest the implementation of the result of this work project.
