O presente estudo procura analisar os riscos psicossociais e o sentimento de
Indignidade no Trabalho num grupo de advogados em Portugal, através da aplicação
de um questionário composto pela versão curta do COPSOQ - The Copenhagen
Psychosocial Questionnaire (Kristensen et al., 2005) e pela escala do Sentimento de
Indignidade no Trabalho (Mendes & Araújo, 2012). A amostra foi constituída por
211 advogados, dos quais 142 (67.3%) são do sexo feminino e 68 (32.2%) do sexo
masculino, com idades compreendidas entre os 23 e 72 anos de idade (M=37.7;
DP=11.4). De modo a testar as hipóteses colocadas, recorreu-se à aplicação do Test
T de Student, ANOVA e Coeficiente de Correlação de Pearson. Os resultados
obtidos sugerem que as mulheres advogadas apresentam níveis elevados de Tarefas
Laborais, elevados níveis de stress e burnout está associado a níveis moderados de
sentimento de Indignidade no Trabalho, já as exigências emocionais apresentam
níveis moderados com a subdimensão Sobrecarga de Trabalho e níveis baixos com
as subdimensões Tarefas Laborais e Organização do Trabalho.
The present study seeks to analyze psychosocial risks and the feeling of Indignity at Work in a group of lawyers in Portugal, through the application of a questionnaire composed of the short version of COPSOQ - The Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (Kristensen et al., 2005) and the scale of Feeling of Indignity at Work (Mendes & Araújo, 2012). The sample consisted of 211 lawyers, of whom 142 (67.3%) are female and 68 (32.2%) are male, aged between 23 and 72 years old (M = 37.7; SD = 11.4). In order to test the hypotheses, the Student's T Test, ANOVA and Pearson's Correlation Coefficient were used. The results obtained that women lawyers have levels of job task levels, stress levels and burnout are associated with moderate levels of feeling of Indignity at Work, while emotional demands have moderate levels with the Work Overload sub-dimension and low levels with the Labor Tasks and Work Organization subdimensions.
