Esta dissertação tem como objetivos de investigação aferir a perceção que os colaboradores da PRA-Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados, SP, RL, têm da comunicação interna e se consideram que esta poderá ter influência no seu comprometimento e retenção. As organizações, independentemente da sua área de atuação, estão cada vez mais competitivas e a questão premente será sempre como alcançar a excelência e destacar-se no mercado. Sabemos hoje que a resposta terá de passar pelo capital humano das organizações e pelo modo como a cultura e os objetivos destas influenciam e condicionam o comprometimento dos seus colaboradores. Após análise dos dados, os resultados obtidos permitiram reforçar a ideia de partida de que a comunicação interna tem um papel estratégico e que a sua relevância é reconhecida pelos colaboradores da organização objeto de estudo e que contribui, ainda que por vezes sem plena consciência, para a sua retenção
This present study aims to investigate the perception that the PRA-Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados, Sociedade de Advogados, SP, RL, employees have of the internal communication and if they consider that it may have influence in their commitment and retention. Organizations, regardless of their field of activity, are increasingly competitive and the pressing issue will always be how to achieve excellence and stand out in the market. We know today that the answer will have to focus on the human capital of the organizations and the way their culture and goals influence and condition the commitment of their employees. After analysing the data, the results obtained reinforced the initial idea that the internal communication has a strategic role and that its relevance is recognized by the employees of the organization under study and contributes, although sometimes without their full awareness, to their retention.
