O presente relatório tem como objectivo a descrição das actividades que decorreram ao longo do ano lectivo de 2010/ 2011, integradas no segundo ano do
Mestrado em Psicologia Clínica e da Saúde. O estágio realizou-se nas Oficina de São
José, em Braga, de 22 de Novembro de 2010 a 15 de Junho de 2011, local que será
caracterizado no primeiro ponto do relatório.
Para a concretização deste estágio, desenvolvemos um conjunto de actividade,
começando com a observação, passando de seguida para a intervenção individual
(acompanhamento de três casos), intervenção em grupo e realização de uma acção de
formação. A observação abrangeu as diferentes faixas etárias (crianças dos sete aos 12
anos, e adolescentes dos treze aos dezassete anos). Estas actividades serão descritas com
mais pormenor ao longo do relatório.
Além destas actividades, será feita referência a outras funções que desempenhei
tais como acompanhamento às crianças e pré-adolescentes das salas de estudo,
participação em actividades desenvolvidas pela Educadora do A. T. L.; participação em
reuniões de equipa e em acções de formação que decorreram na Instituição (na área da
Sexualidade, Toxicodependência e no Programa Umbrella).
Na última parte haverá uma reflexão geral de toda esta experiência.
The present report has as objective the description of the activities that took place in the 2010-2011 School year, integrated into the second year of the Master’s Degree in Clinical and Health Psychology. The traineeship was carried out at Oficina São José, in Braga, from November 22nd, 2010 to June 15th, 2011; site that will be characterized in the first part of this report. For the fulfillment of this traineeship, a set of activities was developed, beginning with the observation, passing next to the individual intervention (supervision of three cases), a group intervention and the execution of a formation´s action. The observation comprised the different age groups (children from seven to 12 years old, and adolescents from thirteen to seventeen years old). These activities will be described in detail throughout this report. Besides these activities, I will also mention other functions that I performed such as: children and preadolescents supervision in the study rooms, participation in activities developed by the Leisure Activities teacher; participation in team’s meetings and formation’s actions that happened at the Institution (in the sexuality area, Drug Addiction and in the Umbrella’s Program). In the last part of this report, a general reflection of this experience will be made.
