Abstract(s)
sucesso e obterem a vantagens competitivas face as empresas concorrentes, é
executadas.

In reaching the above objectives, this TFM answers the following research question: "Is the System of strategic Execution adequate for the strategic objectives of the APDL?". Initially, a theoretical framework related to the research question was carried out. The method adopted was the case study and to assist in answering the research question and its sub questions, interviews were conducted and various documents analyzed. It was analyzed the management system through the Execution Premium model, the way Stakeholders are involved with the APDL and its action plan. The study concludes that the actions of APDL are aligned with the strategy, however, it is necessary to improve certain points of the management system used. In addition, there must be changes in the meetings with the port community and it is fundamental to create a control for the actions already carried out.
