Este artigo decorre de uma reflexão sobre o trabalho de acompanhamento/consultoria a
um agrupamento TEIP e da constatação do processo/progresso, apesar de algumas
situações de recuo e de desmotivação, logo ultrapassadas, e de como, não obstante o
“estigma TEIP”, este programa pode dar origem a culturas transformadoras e que se
transformam.
This article stems from a reflection on the monitoring / advisory work performed at a “Agrupamento TEIP”, and from the observation of the process/progress, despite some situations of setback and demotivation, promptly overcome, and as, notwithstanding the “stigma TEIP”, this programme can lead to cultures which can transform and be transformed.
