Abstract(s)
In this paper, about the subordinated credits in the insolvency process, we analyze the various categories of credits that, by their objective or subjective nature, are subject to that classification, as well as the effects of that classification in the insolvency process. We searched through the already established doctrine, including the Spanish and German doctrine, to analyse the differences (and similarities) that remain on the subject.
