Abstract(s)
O presente relatório apresenta uma descrição, bem como uma reflexão crítica, das atividades de estágio desenvolvidas no âmbito do mestrado de psicologia da família, durante o ano letivo de 2011/2012. O estágio desenvolveu-se numa instituição particular de solidariedade social, de Viana do Castelo, designada Gabinete de Atendimento à Família. As atividades dividiram-se em dois tipos, de observação e de intervenção. Do primeiro grupo consta a observação a dois programas de intervenção familiar em grupo e a dois acompanhamentos familiares. Da observação aos programas resultou uma descrição de cada um deles, contemplando-se a apresentação dos seus objetivos, princípios teóricos e estrutura. Fez-se, ainda, uma reflexão crítica ao desenvolvimento das sessões, à nossa participação e um levantamento das aprendizagens realizadas. Da observação aos acompanhamentos familiares, resultou a apresentação dos casos, sua concetualização clínica e uma breve descrição do processo de intervenção. Do segundo grupo de atividades consta a elaboração e implementação de um programa de intervenção em grupo, destinado a casais com filhos, com o objetivo de refletir nos aspetos-chave do desenvolvimento familiar, e, ainda, um encontro de reflexão, destinado a pais com filhos entre os 17 e 25 anos, com a finalidade de refletir no objetivo e desafios da transição para a vida adulta. Para cada uma destas atividades de intervenção são descritos os objetivos, princípios teóricos, estrutura, desenvolvimento, avaliação e resultados.
This report presents a description, as well as a critical reflection, of activities carried out within the family psychology master's program during the school year of 2011/2012. The training course was developed in a private social solidarity institution of Viana do Castelo, named Gabinete de Atendimento à Família. The activities were divided into two categories, observation and intervention. The first group includes observing two family skills training programmes and two family therapy interventions. Observing programmes resulted in a description of each program, including the presentation of goals, theoretical principles and structure. A critical reflection of sessions it was also made, as well our own participation and skills learning. Observing family therapy intervention resulted in cases conceptualization and treatment planning. The second group of activities includes implementing a family program, targeted couples with children, purposing a reflection on essential aspects of family development, and a group reflection, targeted parents with children between 17 and 25 years, which objective is reflecting on transition to adulthood. For both activities, this report will provide descriptions of goals, theoretical principles, structure, development, and evaluation results.
