A comunicação é crucial na vida de todas as organizações, pois estas são constituídas por pessoas, neste sentido, a comunicação entra na vida das organizações do terceiro setor como ponte que torna as relações entre estas, mais humanas e sobretudo mais eficazes.
A presente dissertação procura explorar a influência da comunicação nas relações interorganizacionais e inerente reputação, considerando como caso de estudo uma Organização do Terceiro Setor, Aproximar, Cooperativa de Solidariedade Social.
Neste âmbito, o quadro teórico construído foca-se no contexto do terceiro setor e são explorados os conceitos de comunicação nas relações interorganizacionais e reputação nas organizações.
Através de uma metodologia de base qualitativa, sustentada em entrevistas aos parceiros da Aproximar, visou-se responder aos seguintes objetivos em investigação, tais como, explorar a influência da comunicação nas organizações do terceiro setor e nas relações interorganizacionais, através da perceção da Aproximar, bem como a perceção dos parceiros, relativamente ao papel que a comunicação e a reputação têm vindo a desempenhar no fortalecimento e consolidação das suas relações de parceria. Deste modo, a presente investigação visou validar as duas seguintes questões em investigação: i) qual a influência da comunicação nas relações interorganizacionais junto dos parceiros da Aproximar? ii) os parceiros da Aproximar valorizam a reputação da Organização como fator determinante das suas relações de parceria?
Quanto aos principais resultados da presente dissertação, salienta-se as respostas afirmativas às referidas questões em investigação, nomeadamente, no reforço da importância da comunicação na geração e desenvolvimento das relações interorganizacionais e da reputação junto dos parceiros da Aproximar em estudo.
Communication is crucial in the life of all organizations, as they are made of people. In this sense, communication enters the third sector organization’s life as a bridge that makes their relationships more humane and above all, more effective. This dissertation seeks to explore the influence of communication on interorganizational relations and inherent reputation, considering as a case study a Third Sector Organization, Aproximar, Social Solidarity Cooperative. In this context, the theoretical framework built focuses on the context of the third sector and the concepts of communication in interorganizational relations and reputation in organizations. Through a qualitative methodology, based on interviews with Aproximar partners, the objective was to answer the following research objectives, such as exploring the influence of communication on third sector organizations and interorganizational relations, through the perception of Aproximar, as well as partners' perceptions of the role that communication and reputation have played in strengthening and consolidating their partnership relationships. Thus, the present research aimed to validate the following two research questions: i) what is the influence of communication on interorganizational relations with Aproximar partners? ii) Aproximar partners value the Organization's reputation as a determining factor in their partnership relationships? The main results of the present dissertation, it is emphasized the affirmative answers to the referred research questions, namely, the reinforcement of the importance of the communication in the generation and development of the interorganizational relations and the reputation with the Aproximar partners in the study.
