Abstract(s)
O presente documento surge no âmbito do Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem na área de Especialização em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, do Instituto de Ciências da Saúde da Universidade Católica Portuguesa, e pretende relatar e analisar de forma crítico-construtiva e reflexiva as competências adquiridas nos diferentes módulos de estágio no desempenho de funções enquanto Enfermeira Especialista. Na realização deste relatório será descrito a atividade profissional que foi alvo de creditação, as atividades e competências desenvolvidas ao longo dos estágios realizados, sendo também concretizada uma reflexão sobre as competências desenvolvidas podendo encontrar as conclusões do trabalho efetivado A seleção dos campos de estágio nos diferentes módulos preconizados no curso recaiu sobre a necessidade do desenvolvimento de competências na prestação de cuidados especializados à Pessoa e sua família em situação crítica em contextos diferentes da prática profissional já anteriormente conhecida reproduzindo um percurso de aprendizagem e desenvolvimento que teve lugar no Serviço de Urgência um Hospital Central e na área do Pré-Hospitalar, mais especificamente na Viatura Médica de Emergência e Reanimação. Por último o módulo referente aos cuidados intensivos foi creditado por executar funções como enfermeira em duas unidades de Cuidados Intensivos de um Hospital Central da Região de Lisboa, onde será realizada uma breve reflexão crítica sobre as atividades e competências desenvolvidas ao longo da minha experiência profissional. Durante a realização dos módulos dos estágios, emergiu a importância da formação relativa à vítima de trauma com hemorragia maciça sob ácido tranexâmico realizado no pré hospitalar e as perturbações do sono associadas ao ruído hospitalar na promoção do conforto do doente hospitalizado, sendo este o tema principal deste relatório de estágio.
This document is presented in the scope of the Master in Nursing Course in the specialization area of Medical-Surgical Nursing, of the Health Sciences Institute of the Portuguese Catholic University, and intends to report and analyze in a critically-constructive and reflexive way the acquired competences in the different modules during the performance of duties as a Specialist Nurse. This report will describe the professional activity that was credited, the activities and competences developed during the internships, and a reflection on the competences developed, allowing me to find the conclusions of the work accomplished The selection of the trainees fields in the different modules recommended in the course focused on the need to develop skills in the provision of specialized care to the Person and his family in a critical situation in contexts different from the previously known professional practice, reproducing a learning and development path, that took place in the Service of a Central Hospital and in the Pre-Hospital area. Lastly, the module on intensive care was credited for performing functions as a nurse in two intensive care units of a Central Hospital of the Lisbon Region, where a brief critical reflection on the activities and skills developed during my professional experience will be carried out. During the implementation of the stages modules, the importance of training regarding the trauma victim with massive hemorrhage under tranexamic acid performed in the prehospital and the sleep disturbances associated with hospital noise in promoting the comfort of the hospitalized patient emerged, making those the theme of this internship report.
