| dc.description.abstract | O presente “relatório de estágio” contextua-se na área de especialização em Enfermagem Médico – Cirúrgica, do Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem, do Instituto Superior Politécnico de Ciências da Saúde, da Universidade Católica de Lisboa. Recorrendo à metodologia descritiva, reflexiva e analítica, focaliza-se nos estágios efetuados na área de especialização, que prosseguiram a conclusão da componente curricular teórica deste ciclo de estudos. Para a efetivação destes estágios, elegi como instituição, o Centro Hospitalar de Lisboa Central, EPE, especificamente o hospital São José, onde tiveram lugar os Módulos I e II, Serviço de Urgência e Unidade de Cuidados Intensivos/Intermédios, respetivamente, e o hospital Santa Marta, onde decorreu o Módulo III - Prevenção e Controlo de Infeção Hospitalar. A explanação de todo o percurso de aprendizagem e de desenvolvimento/aquisição de competências, tomou como referencial dar a conhecer a experiência vivenciada em cada um dos contextos da prática clínica baseada nos objetivos delineados para cada módulo de estágio, tendo em vista a assistência de enfermagem, diferenciada, voltada para o cliente crítico/família. Avalio que, o contexto da prática clínica especializada assume um papel preponderante na incorporação e valorização da experiencia profissional desenvolvida, consagrando, sobretudo, maior competência e mais competência cientifica, técnica e humana para prestar, além de cuidados gerais, cuidados de enfermagem especializados. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | This "report stage" contextualized in the area of specialization in Nursing Medical - Surgical, of the Master's Degree in Nursing, the Polytechnic Institute of Health Sciences, and Catholic University of Lisbon. Using the methodology descriptive, analytical and reflective, focuses on the stages made in the area of specialization, which continued the completion of the curriculum component of this cycle of theoretical studies. For the realization of these stages, I have chosen as an institution, the Centro Hospitalar Lisboa Central, EPE, specifically the São José Hospital, where took place the Modules I and II, and Intensive Care Unit / Intermediate, respectively, and the Santa Marta hospital, where helded the Module III, Prevention and Control of Hospital Infection. The explanation of the whole learning process, as well as the skills acquired and developed, were based on the interventions of different areas of practice, and activities, which allowed me to achieve the goals originally proposed, based on nursing care, differentiated customer-oriented medium and high risk / family. I conclude that the context of specialized clinical practice assumes a leading role in the development and enhancement of professional experience developed by consecrating, especially, greater competence and more scientific competence, to provide technical and human, as well as general care - skilled nursing care. | por |
