Ensinar um novo idioma não é apenas instruir os alunos de conhecimentos gramaticais
ou linguísticos, mas também de conhecimentos culturais. A língua está repleta de cultura. Uma
e outra não se podem dissociar.
A capacidade de aprendizagem de uma língua estrangeira nota-se quando o falante
dessa língua ao conhecer e compreender a cultura do país da língua meta saiba comunicar
nessa língua e se faça entender.
Aprender cultura estrangeira através do cinema e dos meios audiovisuais é a forma mais
atrativa e motivadora de captar a atenção e o gosto dos alunos.
Os tempos assim o exigem, a era digital está aí para durar, por isso cabe aos
professores aproveitar o momento e utilizar os meios mais atrativos para ensinar uma língua e,
por extensão, a cultura que ela abarca.

The ability to learn a foreign language is noticed when the speaker of that language when knowing and understanding the culture of the country of the target language can communicate in that language and make itself understood. Learning foreign culture through film and audiovisual means is the most attractive and motivating way to capture students' attention and taste. Time demands it, the digital age is there to last, so it's up to the teachers to seize the moment and use the most attractive means to teach a language and by extension the culture that it embraces.
