| dc.description.abstract | O stalking é uma forma de violência reiterada e indesejada sobre outra pessoa, nomeadamente sobre a esfera da vida privada de outra pessoa, consubstanciando-se em intromissões pelo agente do crime que podem variar entre esperar a vítima no seu local de trabalho e persegui-la até à sua residência, entre outras. Pelo que pode apurar-se com a realização do Daphne Project levado a cabo pela Comissão Europeia, até 2007, dos Estados Membros da União Europeia apenas oito até à data da realização do estudo tinham consagrado legislação anti-stalking e Portugal incluía-se até Agosto de 2015 nos 17 países que se mantiveram à margem deste problema social. A realização desta dissertação prende-se precisamente com a alteração legislativa que se deu no que respeita a este tema e com a sua exploração. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | Stalking is a form of repeated and unwanted violence against another person, especially on the private sphere of another person, consubstantiating in intrusions by the agent of the crime that can vary between waiting for the victim in his place of work and pursuing it to his residence, among others. As far as the Daphne Project carried out by the European Commission, up to 2007, of the Member States of the European Union, only eight to date of the study had established anti-stalking legislation and Portugal was included until August 2015 in the 17 countries that remained on the margins of this social problem. The purpose of this dissertation is precisely the legislative amendment that has taken place in relation to this theme and its exploration. | en_EN |
