Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio surge no âmbito da Unidade Curricular "Estágio Final e Relatório", do 11° Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem com Especialização em Saúde Infantil e Pediátrica, da Universidade Católica Portuguesa do Porto. A unidade curricular corresponde a 30 ECTS, num total de 750 horas de formação, sendo que 360 horas foram na prestação direta de cuidados, 366 horas de trabalho individual e 24 horas em sessões de orientação tutorial. O estágio realizou-se em áreas distintas na assistência à criança/jovem e família, tais como: Neonatologia, Pediatria e Urgência Pediátrica que decorreram em dois hospitais com características assistenciais diferenciadas na área da especialização de Saúde Infantil e Pediátrica. Este relatório visa explanar uma reflexão do meu percurso nos diferentes contextos assistenciais, refletindo assim sobre as competências especializadas adquiridas, definidas no plano de estudos, desenvolvidas nos quatro domínios de atuação de enfermagem: Prestação de cuidados, Gestão, Formação e Investigação. Assim, ao longo do estágio fui capaz de aplicar conhecimentos na resolução de problemas em situações novas, em contextos alargados e multidisciplinares; integrá-los na resposta a questões complexas; reflectir acerca das implicações e responsabilidades éticas e sociais resultantes das soluções aos problemas; tomar decisões fundamentadas, incorporando na prática os resultados da investigação válidos e relevantes no âmbito da especialização, assim como outras evidências, atendendo às suas responsabilidades sociais e éticas. A metodologia utilizada neste relatório foi a descritiva, crítica e reflexiva, fundamentada com pesquisa bibliográfica.
This stage report is included within the scope of the "Final Stage and Report" Course Unit, of the 11th Master's Degree Course in Nursing with Specialization in Child and Pediatric Health, of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa do Porto. The course unit corresponds to 30 ECTS, in a total of 750 hours of training, 360 hours of which were in direct care, 366 hours of individual work and 24 hours in tutorial sessions. The stage took place in different areas in the care of the child/youth and family such as : Neonatology, Pediatric and Pediatric Urgency that took place in two hospitals with differentiated care characteristics in the area of specialization of Children and Pediatric Health. This report aims to explain a reflection of my course in the different care contexts, reflecting on the specialized skills acquired, defined in the curriculum developed in the four domains of nursing practice: Caregiving, Management, Training and Research. This way, with this internship I was able to apply my knowledge in some aspects like problem solving in new situations, in extended multidisciplinary contexts; integrating those by answering complex issues; reflecting about the consequences and ethical and social responsibilities of the problem solving; taking justified decisions, including in the practice the relevant and valid results of the research made in the sphere of the specialization, as well as other evidences, paying attention at the ethical and social issues. The methodology used in this report was descriptive, critical and reflexive, based on bibliographical research.
