Abstract(s)
Esta investigação procura perceber em que medida é que o suporte organizacional influencia a
relação trabalho/familia, em particular o enriquecimento ou o conflito resultante desta relação.
Este estudo pressupõe também a análise da relação entre as variáveis suporte organizacional e
a conciliação trabalho-famíla quando moderadas pelo género, tentando perceber se existem
diferenças na perçeção dos homens e das mulheres em relação às variáveis em estudo.
A natureza deste estudo é quantitativa partindo de uma análise correlacional das variáveis em
estudo. A amostra é de 144 participantes e o instrumento de recolha de dados é/foi inquérito
online dedicado à medição das variáveis suporte organizacional e relação trabalho/familia
(conflito e/ou enriquecimento) conforme as escalas já conhecidas pela literatura
Os resultados demonstram que, tal como esperado, que o POS tem uma relação significativa
com a conciliação entre o trabalho e a família, na medida em que quanto maior o suporte
percecionado pelo colaborador (a) maior o enriquecimento entre a vida familiar e pessoal e
(b) menor o conflito resultante entre a vida familiar e pessoal. Contudo no que diz respeito ao
género, este não modera a relação entre a perceçao do suporte organizacional e as variaveis de
conciliação trabalho/família conflito trabalho/familia e enriquecimento trabalho famila.
This study aims to understand how the organizational support (POS) influences the work family enrichment and the work family conflit. This study assumes also the analysis of the relationship between the variables POS and the conciliation work/family over the moderation of gender, understanding this way if there are differences between the perception of men or women concerning the variables studied. The nature of this study is quantitative, based on a corelational analysis of the variables in study. The sample is of 144 participants and the tools to colect the dates will be in the size of an online inquire dedicated to the mesure of the variables POS and the relationship work/family (conflict and/or enrichment) according to the scales known by the literature. The results of this study proove that, the POS has an influence in the relationship work/family, in the measure that as greater is the support of the worker, greater is the enrichment in personal and familiar life and, at same time, less the conflict that results of this interaction. Nevertheless, in what concerns the gender, this is not significative as a moderator in the relationship between the POS and the variables conflict or enrichment of the relationship work/family.
