| dc.description.abstract | A presente dissertação versa sobre situações em que, por via da aplicação da cláusula geral anti-abuso, surgem obrigações tributárias, nomeadamente retenções na fonte a título liberatório, aplicadas ao substituto tributário. Tratando-se de um tema relativamente recente, a matéria de estudo utilizada é essencialmente jurisprudência e pretendemos analisar se a cláusula geral anti-abuso é oponível (ou não) ao substituto tributário, despoletando obrigações para este. | pt_PT |
