Esta dissertação explora o impacto da liderança de Rúben Amorim na conquista da Liga NOS 2020/2021. A partir dos objetivos definidos, delineou-se uma base teyrica que alia os conceitos de líder e de liderança; a ligação entre a comunicação e a liderança; e o exemplo de outros líderes que marcaram o mundo do desporto. Com base no propósito desta investigação foi adotado um método misto, que atravps da entrevista semiestruturadarealizada a Frederico Varandas, da entrevista estruturada realizada a Carlos Fernandes e de um inquérito realizado a adeptos de futebol, permitiu recolher dados que demonstrassem o impacto que Rúben Amorim teve na conquista referida e a perspetiva de todos os envolvidos nesta investigação sobre Rúben Amorim enquanto líder. Após a apresentação e a análise dos resultados obtidos, constatou-se que a liderança de Rúben Amorim teve impacto na conquista da Liga NOS 2020/2021 e que todos os envolvidos nas técnicas utilizadas veem-lho como um líder que se destaca pela sua humildade e capacidade de comunicar com os outros. Porém, entende-se igualmente que devido à sua curta carreira enquanto treinador, ainda tem de adquirir mais experiência para ser bem-sucedido nos momentos da sua carreiraem que estiver num patamar mais elevado. Apesar das limitações apresentadas nesta investigação, conseguiu-se demonstrar que Rúben Amorim tem mérito na conquista tratada nesta dissertação e é reconhecido pelo trabalho que tem desempenhado por todos os envolvidos. Futuramente, com base nos desafios e conquistas que possa vir a ter, novas investigações que envolvam Rúben Amorim e a sua liderança poderão ser pertinentes.
This dissertation explores the impact of Rúben Amorim¶V OHDGHUVKLS in the achievement of Liga NOS 2020/2021. From the objectives defined, it was delineated a theoretical basis that joins the concepts of leader and leadership; the connection between communication and leadership; and the example of other leaders that marked the world of sports. Based on the purpose of this research it was adopted a mixed method, that through the semi structured interview made to Frederico Varandas, the structured interview made to Carlos Fernandes and the inquiry made to football fans, allowed to retrieve data that showed the impact of Rúben Amorim in the referred achievement and the perspective that everyone involved in this investigation have about Rúben Amorim as a leader. After the presentation and analysis of the obtained results, it was found out that Rúben Amorim had impact in the achievement of Liga NOS 2020/2021 and everyone involved in the used techniques see him as a leader that stands out for his humility and ability to communicate with others. However, it is also understood that due to his short career as a manager, he still needs to acquire more experience in order to be successful in the moments of his career where he is at a higher level. Despite the limitations presented throughout this investigation, it was able to show that Rúben Amorim has merit in the achievement discussed in this dissertation and is recognized by everyone involved for the work he has developed. In the future, based on the challenges and achievements he might have, new researches that involve Rúben Amorim and his leadership could be relevant.
