Abstract(s)
As alterações e mudanças sociais, tecnológicas e científicas que se têmvindo a verificar
na sociedade em geral e na área da saúde em particular, colocam novos desafios aos
profissionais de saúde. Esta realidade, incentiva a reflexão e a busca de novos saberes,
conduzindo os profissionais, particularmente os Enfermeiros, a vários recursos e
métodos, entre os quais a procura da formação contínua e académica especializada, que
lhes proporcione um crescimento pessoal e profissional, exigindo-se cada vez mais um
elevado nível de conhecimentos teóricos e práticos interrelacionados. O curso visa o
desenvolvimento de competências para a prestação de cuidados especializados à Pessoa
a vivenciar processos complexos de doença crítica e/ou falência orgânica e sua família,
pelo que essa opção foi algo inevitável dada a sua dedicação quase exclusiva à área de
urgência e emergência.
O presente relatório contextualiza e caracteriza cada módulo de estágio, de forma
crítica-reflexiva tendo emconta as atividades desenvolvidas, bemcomo evidenciando as
adaptações face às contrariedades encontradas emcada serviço neste percurso.
Utiliza a metodologia crítico-reflexiva sobre as atividades desenvolvidas, face à
aquisição dos objetivos e competências previstas para o seu desenvolvimento pessoal e
profissional nos domínios das competências definidas pela Ordem dos Enfermeiros
(OE) para um Enfermeiro Especialista. No decurso de cada módulo de estágio, foram
desenvolvidas competências e habilidades que se foram espelhando e repercutindo nos
estágios subsequentes, sendo demonstrado pelo grau de reflexão progressivamente mais
aprofundado e pela melhoria da qualidade nas atividades desenvolvidas e adequadas à
realidade do mesmo emergindo como temáticas centrais a Comunicação e os cuidados
ligados à Pessoa crítica emsituação de Síndrome Coronário Agudo (SCA).
Constato que nesta caminhada impera a reflexão crítica para a construção de ummodelo
sólido, alicerçado empilares fundamentais no cuidado à Pessoa Humana.
The changes and social changes, as technological and scientific, that as been taking place in the society in general, and particularly in the health’s area, pose new challenges for health professionals. This reality, encourages the reflection and the pursuit of a new knowledge leading the professionals, particularly nurses, to several features and methods, including the demand for continuous training and specialized academic, to give them a professional and personal growth, requiring increasingly a high level of theoretical knowledge and practical inter-related. The course aims the development of skills for the provision of specialized care to the person who experiences the complex processes of critical illness and/or organic decrease in patient and his family, whereby this option was something inevitable, given its almost exclusive dedication to emergency and urgent areas. This report characterizes and contextualizes each stage module, in a critically-reflective way, taking into account the developed activities, as well as, evidencing the adaptations taking into account the setbacks encountered on each service, on this route. Utilizes critical-reflexive methodology on the developed activities, facing to the acquisition of the objectives and competences provided for your personal and professional development, in the fields of competencies defined by the Order of Nurses (NMC) for a specialist nurse. During each stage module, were developed competencies and skills that were mirroring and reverberating, in subsequent stages, being demonstrated by the degree of reflection, progressively deeper and by the improved quality in the developed and adequated activities of it, emerging as central thematic, the Communication and the care related to the person in critical condition, in Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) situation. I note that, in this road, prevails a critical reflection for constructing a solid model, grounded in fundamental pillars in Human Care Will.
