Cuidado especializado em enfermagem : uma perspetiva multicultural da pessoa em situação crítica

| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório de estágio, inserido no plano de estudos do 14º Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem com a especialização em enfermagem Médico Cirúrgica na área de enfermagem à pessoa em situação crítica, tem por base uma análise critico-reflexiva das vivências experienciadas ao longo dos estágios, em contexto de unidade de cuidados intensivos e urgência, permitindo descrever o percurso realizado para aquisição das competências científicas, técnicas, éticas e relacionais, que justificam o título de enfermeira especialista. A experiência profissional como enfermeira de bloco operatório forneceu-me bases sólidas na prestação de cuidados à pessoa em situação crítica. No estágio em unidade de cuidados intensivos a aquisição de competências ocorreu ao nível da prestação de cuidados à pessoa em situação crítica e sua família, havendo oportunidade para aprofundar e partilhar conhecimentos com a restante equipa sobre a temática da via aérea. O estágio internacional em Israel foi enriquecedor a nível humano e profissional, pelas diferenças culturais, espirituais e organizacionais encontradas; fez-me crescer e pensar de forma crítica algumas das práticas do quotidiano e abriu-me os horizontes na área da catástrofe, emergência e cuidado à pessoa em situação crítica e família em situação de urgência e emergência. Neste percurso formativo, a temática da via aérea difícil revelou-se de extrema importância, por ser transversal a todos os serviços que cuidam da pessoa em situação crítica. Deste modo, desenvolvi um trabalho de investigação sobre esta temática, alvo de avaliação para as competências de Mestre, com o título: “Intervenções da equipa multidisciplinar na abordagem da Via Aérea Difícil na Pessoa em situação crítica: uma scoping review.” Os estágios realizados e a vertente científica fizeram-me pensar e agir com um novo olhar a minha prática profissional, alargando assim conhecimentos, com vista à melhoria contínua de competências enquanto enfermeira. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This internship report, inserted in the study plan of the 14th Master's Course in Nursing with the specialization in medical and surgical nursing in the area of person in critical situation, is based on a critical-reflexive analysis of the experiences faced throughout the internships in the context of intensive care unit and emergency, allowing to describe the path made for the acquisition of scientific, technical, ethical and relational skills that justify the title of specialist nurse. The professional experience as an operating room nurse gave me solid foundations in providing care to the person in critical situation. The internship in intensive care showed me a different reality of the person in critical situation, where the priorities and competencies of nurses are also different and specific. The acquisition of skills occurred in the provision of care to the person in a critical situation and family, with the opportunity to deepen and share knowledge with the team on the theme of the airway. The international internship in Israel was enriching at the human and professional level, due to the cultural, spiritual and organizational differences encountered, made me grow and think critically about some of the practices of everyday life and opened my horizons in the area of catastrophe, emergency and care to the person in a critical situation and family in a situation of urgency and emergency. In this formative journey, the theme of the difficult airway proved extremely important, because it is transversal to all services that address the person in a critical situation. Thus, I developed a research work on this theme, the target of evaluation for master skills, with the title: "Interventions of the multidisciplinary team in the approach of the Difficult Airway in the Person in critical situation: a scoping review." The internships performed as well as the scientific aspect made me think and act with a new look at my professional practice, thus extending my knowledge, with a view to the constant improvement of skills as a nurse. | pt_PT |
