Abstract(s)

This innovation changes working modus operandi, what consequently changes the professional characteristics and skills required of the workers. This person, now, is part of the “Information Society”, where the knowledge has as its raw material. This is also is connected by a “Network Society”, which breaks geographical limitations and eases the structure of conventional social and business arrangements.
