dc.description.abstractOs atentados à dignidade da vida humana, em particular a vulnerabilidade experienciada pelas pessoas em refúgio, são uma realidade dos nossos tempos, perante a qual a sociedade está longe de encontrar uma resposta coerente e universal, capaz de integrar, de uma forma digna, todos aqueles e aquelas que imploram respeito. No epicentro desta reflexão está uma aproximação a uma das temáticas da atualidade social e religiosa, o imprescindível reconhecimento e o respeito pela vida humana. O presente ensaio tem como desígnio apresentar a pessoa humana, e subsequentemente a pessoa que vive a condição de refugiado, enquanto indivíduo de dignidade inviolável e inalienável, merecendo respeito por parte de todos. Deste modo, e tendo em conta o propósito estipulado, faz-se uma reflexão crítica a partir dos pressupostos filosóficos e teológicos que o tópico abrange. Durante a abordagem histórica e sociológica do argumento, dá-se enfoque à dignidade da pessoa humana e à pertinência dos direitos humanos, em particular ao direito de asilo. Naturalmente, as relações humanas devem ser preparadas para o acolhimento do outro, inclusive nos períodos de maior vulnerabilidade, como se sucede nas situações de refúgio. Preparar para a hospitalidade é assegurar que todo e qualquer ser humano é visto como um fim em si mesmo, nunca como um meio. De outra forma, prevalecerá um círculo vicioso que atenta à integridade humana. Por seu turno, conscientes da importância e do serviço prestados pela educação à comunidade faz-se um estudo da missão da disciplina de Educação Moral e Religiosa Católica, no quadro do plano educativo. Sendo uma disciplina que visa a formação integral dos alunos, a sua importância curricular reside nos valores éticos e morais que propõe, promovendo também o reconhecimento da vida e o respeito pela pessoa. Este tópico é abordado na parte final, na proposta de lecionação da unidade letiva um - “A Dignidade da Vida Humana” - do 9º ano do programa de Educação Moral e Religiosa Católica.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractAttempts at the dignity of human life, particularly in situations of vulnerability such as that experienced by refugees, are a reality of our times, in the face of which society is far from finding a coherent and universal response, capable of integrating in a dignified way all those who implore respect. At the epicenter of this reflection is an approach to one of the current social and religious themes, the indispensable recognition and respect for human life. The purpose of this essay is to present the human person, and subsequently the person living as refugee, as an individual with an inviolable and inalienable dignity, deserving the highest respect from all. Therefore, and taking into account the purpose stipulated, a critical reflection is made from the philosophical and theological presuppositions that the topic covers. During the historical and sociological approach to the argument, one focuses on the dignity of the human person and the relevance of human rights, in particular the right to asylum. Indeed, human relations must be prepared for the reception of the other, even in periods of greater vulnerability as in situations of refuge. To prepare for hospitality is to ensure that every human being is seen as an end in itself and never as a means. Otherwise, a vicious circle will prevail over human integrity. In turn, being aware of the importance and service provided by education to the community for the stabilization of the dignity of the person, a study is carried out on the mission developed by the subject of Moral and Religious Catholic Education within the framework of the educational plan. Facing a subject that aims at the integral formation of students, its curricular importance lies in the ethical and moral values that it proposes, promoting also the recognition of life and respect for the person. This framing is already considered in the final part, in the teaching proposal for the unit One - The dignity of human life - of the 9th year of the program of Moral and Religious Catholic Education.pt_PT
