O relatório emerge de um processo de aprendizagem decorrente do Estágio do
Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, que foi desenvolvido em três
módulos: o primeiro, no âmbito do Módulo I, teve lugar no Serviço de Urgência, o
segundo, que corresponde ao Módulo II, decorreu na Unidade de Cuidados Intensivos e
o terceiro, correspondente ao Módulo III, teve lugar na Comissão de Controlo de
Infeção.
A realização deste estágio teve como objetivo o desenvolvimento de
competências de Enfermeira Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, aplicando
conhecimentos e capacidade de compreensão e de resolução de problemas em situações
novas e não familiares, emcontextos alargados e multidisciplinares, relacionados com a
área de Especialização.
A elaboração deste relatório pretende retratar o meu percurso, através da análise
crítica e reflexiva da prática, descrevendo as atividades realizadas com base nos
conhecimentos teóricos e técnicos, apoiados nos valores deontológicos e éticos para a
aquisição de competências de enfermeira especialista.
Procurei promover em cada campo de estágio aspetos que se relacionam com a
Segurança do Doente na prestação de cuidados e enfermagem, desenvolvendo
atividades que visaram a promoção da mesma, através da realização de normas e
formação nos serviços
This report is the result of a learning process in a training program, were aimed at developing skills as Specialist in Medical-Surgical Nursing, who was developed in three modules: the first, one in the context of the Module I, had place in the Emergency Service, the second, corresponds to the Module II, passed in the Intensive/Intermediate Care Unit and the third, correspondent to the Module III, had place in the Infection Control Commission. The realization of this traineeship took as an objective the development of Nurse's competences as a Specialist in Medical-Surgical Nursing and capacity of understanding and resolution of problems in new situations and not familiar situations, in extended and multidisciplinary contexts connected with the area of Specialization. The realization of this report intends to show my course, through the critical and reflexive analysis of the practice, describing the activities carried out on basis of the theoretical and technical knowledge, supported on the deontological values and ethics for the acquisition of nurse's specialist competences. I discussed in each field of traineeship the subject Patient Safety, developing activities that improve the promotion of same, through the realization of standard and education in the services.
