No processo de aquisição de Competências de Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica para além da componente teórica suportada e fundamentada na evidência científica e ética foi mobilizada para a prática de uma forma reflexiva e critica, que, em sinergismo, concorrem para um consolidar de competências. Este relatório pretende assim demonstrar as competências desenvolvidas ao longos dos estágios realizados no Serviço de Urgência Geral, na Unidade de Queimados e na Viatura de Emergência Médica e Reanimação. No decorrer dos estágios foram prestados cuidados especializados ao doente em situação critica e sua família e na envolvência emergia a necessidade de aprofundar conhecimentos sobre a comunicação de más noticias pelo que se realizou uma revisão sistemática da literatura que ao longo do percurso formativo permitiu transferir para o meu agir profissional os conhecimentos que dai emergiram. Sublinha-se ainda a realização de um folheto informativo referente aos cuidados que o doente queimado deve ter no regresso a casa, assim como a realização de um guia de acolhimento no Serviço de Urgência, visando informar os doentes e famílias sobre o protocolo preconizado pela Triagem de Manchester.
In the process of acquisition of Specialist Nurse Practices in Medical-Surgical Nursing in addition to the theoretical component supported and based on scientific and ethical evidence was mobilized to practice in a reflexive and critical manner, which in synergy compete for a consolidation of competencies.
