Abstract(s)
No âmbito da componente de Relatório de Estágio, do Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem de Natureza Profissional na Área de Especialização em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, no Instituto de Ciências da Saúde da Universidade Católica Portuguesa, surgiu este trabalho, cujo objetivo é a análise e a reflexão do caminho percorrido na Unidade Curricular de Estágio, a qual foi dividida em três Módulos, nomeadamente, Serviço de Urgência, Unidade de Cuidados Intensivos / Intermédios e Opcional de Enfermagem no Perioperatório.
Foram várias as oportunidades de aprendizagem em todos os estágios e procurei estar presente em novas situações de forma a crescer enquanto pessoa e profissional. A área de intervenção transversal aos estágios foi as estratégias de comunicação no cuidado à pessoa em situação crítica, o que enriqueceu o percurso. O Serviço de Urgência foi uma mais-valia, especialmente a sala de reanimação e o SO. Foram estas duas valências em que incidi o meu estágio e foram as áreas que me proporcionaram um maior número de experiências, situações vividas, partilha de conhecimentos e aquisição de competências.
O fato de ter realizado os estágios de Urgência e de Enfermagem no Perioperatório na minha Instituição veio proporcionar uma experiência agradável e conciliadora de horários e vida familiar. O estágio na Unidade de Cuidados Intensivos / Intermédios do HES, EPE foi uma experiência muito enriquecedora de saberes e conhecimentos, talvez foi o estágio onde desenvolvi mais o projeto de estágio, nomeadamente as estratégias de comunicação e as competências inerentes, devido ao ambiente envolvente, aos doentes a quem prestei cuidados diretos nos vários turnos efetuados, associando estes aspetos à minha motivação pessoal e profissional.
O estágio de Enfermagem no Perioperatório foi realizado no meu local de trabalho. Este estágio permitiu-me responder a necessidades do Serviço e em simultaneo desenvolver a área das estratégias de comunicação à pessoa no periodo perioperatório. Foi uma experiência agradável e gratificante que me permitiu a transmissão de conhecimentos, saberes, assim como a partilha com os meus pares
Under the Internship Report component of the Nursing Master Degree in Professional Nature Area of Specialization in Medical-Surgical Nursing, in the Institute of Health Sciences, Portuguese Catholic University emerged this work, which goal is the analysis and reflection of the way passed in the Internship Course, and was divided into three modules, namely, ER, Intensive / Intermediate Care Unit and Optional of Perioperative Nursing. There were several learning opportunities at every stage and I tried to be present in new situations in order to grow as a person and professional. The area of cross intervention to the traineeships was the communication strategies, in the care to the person in a critical situation, which enriched the route. The ER was an asset, especially the resuscitation room and the OS. Both these valences focused on my training, and were the areas that provided to me a greater number of experiences, situations experienced, sharing knowledge and skills acquisition. The fact of having held internships Emergency and Perioperative Nursing in my Institution came in a pleasant and conciliatory experience schedules and family life. The stage in Intensive / Intermediate Care in HES, EPE was a very enriching experience of wisdom and knowledge; maybe it was the stage where I could develop my stage design, namely the communication strategies and inherent skills more, due to the surrounding environment, the patients to whom I provided straight cares in several effectuated shifts, combining these aspects to my personal and professional motivation. The Internship in Perioperative Nursing was developed in my workplace. This internship allowed me to answer the needs of the Service and simultaneously I develop the communication strategies area to the person in the perioperative period. It was an enjoyable and rewarding experience that allowed me the transmission of knowledge, as well as sharing with my peers.
