principais resultados obtidos permitiram apurar seis principais fatores-chave identificados
pelos colaboradores: i) Condições de trabalho; ii) Integração organizacional; iii) Sentido
pessoal.
We live in an increasingly competitive and constantly evolving environment, where people represent the main asset for organizations. For this reason, organizations need to give special attention to their employees, in particular their well-being. Internal communication strengthens the bidirectional interrelationships, facilitates well-being, ensures a greater appreciation of the human capital, and highlights humanization as a requirement in organizations. In this context, the concept of well-being associated with internal communication has been increasingly studied as it is a relevant differential for employee satisfaction and retention. Thus, in order to understand how communication can influence the well-being of each organization, this investigation aimed to identify the internal communication factors that can contribute to the development of the well-being of employees in a given organization. In order to carry out the study, a qualitative methodology was followed in the establishment of exploratory data through document analysis and exploratory interviews with the decision-makers of Standard Bank Angola. Next, a quantitative methodology was used to establish primary data for this research, in the application of the survey instrument by questionnaire with employees of the organization under study. The investigation focused on this organization, in which the main results obtained in this investigation made it possible to identify six (6) key factors identified by the employees of the organization under study, namely: i) Working conditions; ii) Organizational integration; iii) a sense of purpose; iv) Relationship at work; v) Quality of media; vi) Personal feedback.
