Abstract(s)
O presente estudo tem por objetivo principal analisar a jurisprudência do Comité Europeu dos Direitos Sociais (CEDS), com vista à determinação da conformidade das alterações verificadas na legislação laboral portuguesa, na sequência das medidas de austeridade impostas pela designada “Troika” (União Europeia, FMI e BCE), com a Carta Social Europeia Revista (CSER), com especial enfoque nas questões referentes ao tempo de trabalho e à retribuição.
The main purpose of this paper is to analyse the jurisprudence of the European Committee of Social Rights (ECSR) to determine the conformity of the amendments occurred in the Portuguese labour legislation, following the austerity measures imposed by the so-called Troika (European Union, IMF and ECB), with the Revised European Social Charter (RESC), with special focus on issues relating to working time and remuneration.
