A presente dissertação incide sobre o crime de contrafação e no motivo pelo qual o mesmo continua a ter um terrível impacto na sociedade, mais especificamente, no mundo da moda. Para o efeito, analisamos quais os possíveis regimes jurídicos de proteção aliados às criações de moda e às marcas, passando, depois por um estudo da natureza do designado crime, distinguindo-o de outras figuras.
Por fim, observamos qual o impacto da evolução da sociedade e das novas tecnologias, como principal causa da existência de contrafação.
The present dissertation focuses on the crime of counterfeiting and why it continues to have a terrible impact on society, more specifically, on the fashion world.
