Abstract(s)
As organizações na sua grande maioria, deparam-se sobre um novo paradigma comunicacional que
está sustentado nas novas tecnologias de informação e comunicação nas redes sociais, que atenuam
o espaço físico entre as pessoas e a forma como se obtém informação. As mudanças operadas nesta
área, fazem repensar o modo como as organizações podem comunicar com os seus colaboradores e
tentam desenvolver sinergias entre esta temática digital e as pessoas.
Atualmente, a organização Infraestruturas de Portugal não fica indiferente a estas novas imposições
comunicacionais, que permitem ganhar vantagens competitivas. Contudo, surge uma atenção
especial na forma como se direcionam as mensagens para um público tão distinto, por forma a
consolidar a marca, imagem e cultura da organização. Neste contexto, a intranet surge como uma
ferramenta de comunicação interna relevante para os colaboradores da IP, pela disponibilização de
conteúdos que atuam nas tarefas diárias associadas à sua atividade laboral, bem como ter um
conhecimento geral e específico da vida da sua organização.
Nesta dissertação, foi possível identificar também os conteúdos de comunicação interna, que os
colaboradores se reveem, espelhando a frequência diária de acesso à intranet, bem como a utilidade
dos seus conteúdos. Constitui-se uma ferramenta comunicacional, que poderá vir a crescer e
aumentar o seu potencial, visto que foram identificadas as novas temáticas de conteúdos que os
colaboradores gostariam de ver criadas e desenvolvidas num futuro próximo. Neste âmbito, foi
possível concluir que, a intranet da Infraestruturas de Portugal envolve os seus colaboradores,
permitindo também a sua participação ativa, numa ferramenta em constante evolução. Sendo que,
esta reflete um passo à frente na forma de comunicar, partilhar e dar a conhecer a Infraestruturas de
Portugal.
Most organizations are confronted with a new communication paradigm which is based on a new information and communication technologies in social networks that reduces the physical space between people and the way information is obtained. The changes made in this area, rethink how organizations can communicate with their employees and try to develop synergies between this digital theme and people. Nowadays, the organization Infraestruturas de Portugal is not indifferent to these communication impositions which allow to achieve competitive advantages. However, special attention is given to the way how messages are directed to such a distinguished audience to consolidate the brand, image and culture of an organization. In this context, the intranet emerges as a relevant internal communication tool for IP employees, by providing content that works on the daily tasks associated with their work activity, as well as having a general and specific knowledge of life with their organization. In this dissertation, it was also possible to identify the contents of internal communication, which the workers see themselves, reflecting the daily frequency of access to the intranet, as well as the usefulness of its contents. It is a communication tool that can grow and increase its potential, since the new content themes that workers would like to see created and developed in a near future have been identified. In this context, it was possible to conclude that the Infraestruturas de Portugal intranet involves its employees, allowing their active participation, in a constantly developing device. By this means, it reflects a step forward in the way of communicating, sharing and accepted the Infraestruturas de Portugal.
