| dc.description.abstract | Com a presente dissertação de mestrado, pretende-se proceder à análise do instituto do período experimental através de uma reflexão sobre aspetos como a duração, a contagem do mesmo e a liberdade de denúncia permitida durante a sua vigência. De seguida, será realizada uma breve exposição sobre a figura do abuso de direito, de modo a que, por fim, através da junção destas duas figuras, período experimental e abuso de direito, se consiga debater sobre as potenciais situações de abuso de direito suscetíveis de se verificarem no contexto de um período experimental. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This master's thesis aims to analyze the framework of the trial period through a reflection on aspects such as its duration, counting period and the freedom of contract termination allowed during this period. Next, a brief presentation will be made on the figure of abuse of rights, so that, finally, by bringing together these two figures – trial period and abuse of rights –, we will be able to discuss the potential situations of abuse of rights that may occur in the context of a trial period. | pt_PT |
