Este documento é composto por duas secções. A primeira secção é dedicada à descrição da prática pedagógica realizada com a minha classe de Guitarra Clássica no Conservatório de Música de Vila do Conde, no ano letivo de 2018/2019. Esta prática contou com a orientação e supervisão do Professor Doutor Rui Pedro De Oliveira Alves e do Professor Aires Pinheiro. A segunda secção é relativa ao projeto de intervenção que foi direcionado à motivação dos alunos da pré e do primeiro ciclo sendo este orientado pelo Professor Doutor Rui Pedro Alves. A primeira secção começa por fazer um enquadramento descrevendo todas as partes intervenientes na prática pedagógica: informações sobre a entidade acolhedora, percurso profissional do mestrando e dados essenciais dos alunos envolvidos. Segue-se a exposição detalhada de todos os momentos da prática pedagógica onde se podem encontrar as informações relativas às aulas supervisionadas e às aulas assistidas. Por fim é feita uma reflexão sobre o modelo de estágio que foi seguido assim como uma conclusão após o levantamento dos pontos fortes e fracos relativos ao modelo utilizado. A segunda secção inicia com uma introdução onde mostra a razão da escolha do tema principal – Motivação – e a seleção do método utilizado – Conto – para conseguir colocar os níveis motivacionais do aluno em valores o mais próximo possível dos níveis ideais. Após esta introdução são referenciados diversos autores, filósofos e pedagogos que direta ou indiretamente abordaram este tema. Feito o levantamento do estado da arte, chega a descrição detalhada de todo o projeto: como começou, quantos e que tipo de alunos participaram, qual a estratégia definida, que métodos e ferramentas foram utilizados, como se desenvolveu e como tudo se organizou em termos de tempo e de espaço. Para terminar é feita a apresentação dos resultados obtidos e a análise dos pontos fracos e fortes deste projeto. Através desta informação é feita a conclusão.
This document consists of two sections. The first section is dedicated to the description of the pedagogical practice carried out with my Classical Guitar class at the Vila do Conde Conservatory of Music, in the academic year of 2018/2019. This practice had the guidance and supervision of Professor Doctor Rui Pedro de Oliveira Alves and Professor Aires Pinheiro. The second section is related to the intervention project that was directed to the motivation of the pre and first cycle students, being guided by Professor Rui Pedro Alves. The first section begins by making a framework describing all the parts involved in the pedagogical practice: information about the welcoming entity, the professional career of the student and essential data of the involved students. This is followed by a detailed exposition of all the moments of the pedagogical practice where information about the supervised classes and the attended classes can be found. Finally, a reflection is made about the internship model that was followed as well as a conclusion after the survey of the strengths and weaknesses related to the model used. The second section begins with an introduction where it shows the reason for choosing the main theme - Motivation - and the selection of the method used - Story - to be able to put the student's motivational levels in values as close as possible to the ideal levels. After this introduction, several authors, philosophers and educators who directly or indirectly addressed this topic are referenced. Once the state of the art survey is done, a detailed description of the entire project arrives: how it started, how many and what type of students participated, what strategy was defined, what methods and tools were used, how it developed and how everything was organized in terms of time and space. Finally, we present the results obtained and analyze the weaknesses and strengths of this project. Through this information the conclusion is made.
