Abstract(s)
Introdução: O adolescente/jovem tem respostas ao processo de vida e de saúde/ doença muito particulares. A implementação de uma consulta de enfermagem a esta população permitiu a sistematização de diagnósticos e intervenções de enfermagem. Objetivo: Analisar os focos, diagnósticos e intervenções de enfermagem, resultantes da implementação da consulta de enfermagem dirigida ao adolescente/jovem. Materiais e Métodos: Estudo descritivo e transversal, baseado na Classificação Internacional para a Prática de Enfermagem (CIPE). Foram realizadas 54 consultas a 43 adolescentes/jovens, no ano letivo de 2013-2014, em escolas e em atividades de voluntariado na comunidade. Os dados foram recolhidos através de entrevista tendo por base o guião da entrevista psicossocial para adolescentes. Utilizou-se a estatística descritiva no tratamento dos dados. Resultados: Foram identificados 23 diagnósticos de enfermagem com ênfase nos focos de autoestima e adaptação; 62 intervenções promover a esperança, promover o coping eficaz, escutar, promover momentos de partilha de experiências de sucesso. Conclusão: Os focos e as intervenções identificadas estão relacionados com a crise de identidade e de independência característica dos jovens/adolescentes.
Introduction: Teenagers/young people's answers towards life processes and illness processes are specific. Implementing a nursing consultation to these patients alowed organizing different nursing diagnoses and interventions. Aim: This article aims to analyze the focus, nursing diagnoses and interventions, resulting from the implementation of the nursing consultation for teen / youth. Materials and Methods: Descriptive and cross-sectional study. A total of 54 consultations to 43 teenagers/young individuals in school year 2013-2014 have beem performed. The consultations were held in schools and in the community. For data analysis we used descriptive statistics and taxonomy of the International Classification for Nursing Practice (ICNP). Results: The results show 23 different focuses of nursing and 62 different interventions. Highlight is the focus of self-esteem and adaptation and interventions, the promotion of hope, the promotion of efficient coping, the listening and promotion of moments to share successful experiences. Conclusion: The focuses and interventions identified are related to the identity crisis and the independence, characteristic of teenagers/young people.
