Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio insere-se no 2º ano do mestrado em Psicologia
Clínica e da saúde, da Faculdade de Filosofia e Ciências Sociais da Universidade Católica
Portuguesa – Braga, desenvolvido no Instituto Monsenhor Airosa, tendo como principal
objetivo detalhar as atividades desenvolvidas no âmbito do estágio curricular
desenvolvido no ano letivo de 2020/2021. No que respeita ao levantamento de
necessidades, este processo foi completado com recurso ao Sistema de Avaliação
Compreensiva do Acolhimento Residencial Português, tendo sido aplicadas entrevistas
semiestruturas a duas técnicas responsáveis pelos processos, a três educadoras e a duas
jovens, seguindo o modelo previamente citado. Através da análise SWOT foram definidas
as atividades a desenvolver junto dos adolescentes no âmbito dos comportamentos
sexuais saudáveis e relações de intimidade e dos comportamentos de risco na
Internet/redes sociais e, também, três ações de formação junto da equipa educativa acerca
das seguintes temáticas: 1) Gestão emocional da equipa educativa; 2) Formas de
comunicação para com os jovens e entre equipa; e, por fim, 3) Gestão dos
comportamentos de oposição das crianças e jovens. Os temas acima descritos foram
trabalhados em função de cada uma das populações-alvo, uma vez que se denotou a
necessidade de serem trabalhados e aprofundados. Por fim, importa refletir sobre o
próprio processo de estágio curricular que correspondeu à expectativa de me dotar de
novos conhecimentos e me deu a oportunidade de praticar uma postura empática.
This internship report is part of the 2nd year of the Master's degree in Clinical and Health Psychology, of the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the Portuguese Catholic University – Braga, developed at the Monsenhor Airosa Institute, having as main objective to detail the activities developed in the curricular internship developed in the academic year 2020/2021. Regarding the survey of needs, this process was completed using the Comprehensive Assessment System of Residential Reception Portuguese, and semi-structures interviews were applied to two techniques responsible for the processes, to three educators and to two young women, following the previously mentioned model. Through the SWOT analysis, the activities to be developed with adolescents in the context of healthy sexual behaviors and intimacy relationships and risk behaviors on the Internet/social networks were defined, and also three training actions with the educational team on the following topics: 1) Emotional management of the educational team; 2) Forms of communication with young people and between teams; and, finally, 3) Management of the opposition behaviors of children and young people. The themes described above were worked according to each of the target populations, since the need to be worked and deepened was denoted. Finally, it is important to reflect on the curricular internship process itself that corresponded to the expectation of endow me with new knowledge and gave me the opportunity to practice an empathic posture.
