Abstract(s)
O conhecimento dos técnicos sobre a temática da vinculação tem implicações na sua atuação junto das famílias de acolhimento. Desta forma, este estudo tem como objetivo perceber o conhecimento científico dos técnicos do Acolhimento Residencial sobre a temática da vinculação e as implicações em termos da sua atuação junto das famílias de acolhimento. O estudo enquadra-se na metodologia qualitativa. Foram realizadas, com um guião de entrevista semiestruturado, quatro entrevistas, com técnicos de diferentes áreas de formação, a exercer funções numa casa de acolhimento. Os resultados realçam a ambivalência sobre as perceções sobre a medida do acolhimento familiar e sobre as perceções da temática da vinculação na medida do acolhimento familiar, assim como, a dificuldade dos técnicos em refletir sobre temas que considerem importantes abordar durante sessões de formação com as famílias de acolhimento. Como implicações sugere-se o desenvolvimento de ações para técnicos e para famílias de acolhimento que promovam a reflexão sobre a importância de desenvolver condições estáveis e seguras para as crianças que integram medidas de acolhimento.
The knowledge of the technicians on the theme of the bonding has implications in its work with the foster families. In this way, this study aims to understand the scientific knowledge of the Residential Reception Technicians about the theme of the bonding and the implications in terms of their work with the foster families. The study is in accordance with the qualitative methodology. Four interviews were conducted with a semi-structured interview script, with technicians from different training areas, to perform functions in a foster home. The results highlight the ambivalence about the perceptions of the measure of the family's reception and about the perceptions of the theme of the bonding in the measure of the family reception, as well as the difficulty of the technicians in reflecting on subjects that they consider important to approach during sessions of training with the foster families. As implications, it is suggested the development of actions for technicians and for foster families that promote the reflection on the importance of developing stable and safe conditions for the children that integrate measures of reception.
