| dc.description.abstract | O Dental Clinic Dashboard consiste num painel visual, que representa de uma forma centralizada e automatizada, um conjunto de informações que possibilitam obter uma visão clara da Clínica Dentária e das várias equipas envolvidas e processos necessários ao seu funcionamento. Deste modo, o objetivo deste trabalho consiste em desenvolver e suportar o uso da plataforma de business intelligence, do Dental Clinic Dashboard para a Clínica Dentária Universidade da Faculdade de Medicina Dentária da Universidade Católica Portuguesa, através de um levantamento e posterior análise detalhada dos dados existentes. Pretendemos, assim, contribuir para a organização da informação de forma clara e metódica, através da criação de nove fluxogramas (alunos, funcionários, docentes e Diretor Clínico), que nos indiquem questões de logística, designadamente: disponibilidade de cadeiras/boxes, reporte de avarias e a limpeza a realizar dos equipamentos usados pelo estudante/unidade curricular que fez uso do equipamento. Este trabalho integra o Projeto intitulado “InDig - Innovation and digital teaching technologies in Dental Medicine” (n.º POCH-02-53I2-FSE-000025), cofinanciado pelo Fundo Social Europeu através do Programa Operacional Capital Humano (POCH). Conclui-se que foi desenvolvido a prova de conceito destinada ao Dental Clinic Dashboard tendo como próximos objetivos registar, licenciar e transferir a tecnologia desenvolvida com o auxílio de uma empresa da área de informática. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The Dental Clinic Dashboard is a visual panel that represents, in a centralized and automated way, a set of information that provides a clear vision of the Dental Clinic and the various teams involved and processes required for its operation. Thus, the objective of this work is to develop and support the use of the business intelligence platform, the Dental Clinic Dashboard for the Dental Clinic University of the Faculty of Dental Medicine, Catholic University of Portugal, through a survey and subsequent detailed analysis of existing data. We intend to contribute to the organization of information in a clear and methodical way, through the creation of nine flowcharts (students, employees, teachers and Clinical Director), which indicate logistical issues, namely: availability of chairs/boxes, reporting of malfunctions and the cleaning to be performed of the equipment used by the student/curriculum unit that made use of the equipment. This work is part of the Project entitled "InDig - Innovation and digital teaching technologies in Dental Medicine" (no. POCH02-53I2-FSE-000025), co-funded by the European Social Fund through the Human Capital Operational Program (POCH). It is concluded that the proof of concept for the Dental Clinic Dashboard was developed, having as next objectives to register, license and transfer the developed technology with the help of a computer company. | pt_PT |
