Importância do estágio curricular na formação de professores: um estudo no instituto superior de ciências de educação do Huambo

| dc.description.abstract | A atual investigação reflete sobre a relação com a aprendizagem prática, ao longo do estágio curricular, enquanto processo facilitador de aproximação e transição para o mundo do trabalho, a utilidade no processo de construção da identidade profissional dos estudantes do ISCED-Huambo, ao longo de uma das etapas mais cruciais da formação – o Estágio Curricular integrado no 5º Ano. O trabalho situa-se, assim, numa zona de interface entre os processos de formação inicial, os processos de construção da identidade profissional e a inserção profissional. Recorreu-se, enquanto instrumento de recolha de dados, a dois inquéritos estruturados de questões fechadas enviados (via Google Drive) Participaram no estudo alunos (n=307) do 5º ano do curso Ciências da Educação nas opções de Geografia Física, Língua Portuguesa, Língua Inglesa, Química, Matemática, Psicologia, Biologia e professores (n=30) do Estágio Curricular. A análise dos dados permitiu entender que para a maioria dos inquiridos o estágio curricular atendeu às suas expectativas, bem como permitiu que os estudantes tivessem uma visão daquilo que será a sua vida profissional. Estes concordam que o mesmo é uma mais-valia para o enriquecimento dos seus currículos consistindo-se num trunfo, importantíssimo no acesso ao emprego. No caso dos professores orientadores foi referido que se sentem satisfeitos com o trabalho desenvolvidos pelos seus estagiários e concordam que o estágio curricular contribui para a formação da identidade profissional dos futuros professores. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | The current investigation reflects on the relationship with practical learning, throughout the curricular internship, as a facilitating process of approach and transition to the world of work, the usefulness in the process of building the professional identity of ISCED-Huambo students, throughout one of the most crucial stages of training - the Curriculum Internship integrated in the 5th year. The work is thus located in an interface between the processes of initial training, the processes of construction of professional identity and professional insertion. Two structured surveys of closed questions sent (via Google Drive) were used as a data collection instrument. Students (n=307) of the 5th year of the Education Sciences course in the options of Physical Geography, Portuguese Language participated in the study, English Language, Chemistry, Mathematics, Psychology, Biology and teachers (n=30) of the Curricular Internship. Data analysis allowed us to understand that for most respondents, the curricular internship met their expectations, as well as allowing students to have a vision of what their professional life will be like. They agree that it is an asset to the enrichment of their resumes, consisting in an asset, very important in access to employment. In the case of the guiding teachers, it was mentioned that they feel satisfied with the work carried out by their interns and agree that the curricular internship contributes to the formation of the professional identity of future teachers. | pt_PT |
