Abstract(s)
Toda escola é um espaço múltiplo, pois em seu contexto educacional coexistem diversidade de
ideias, comportamentos e concepções, suscitando, assim, que a excelência da comunicação em
tal ambiente se torne um desafio para a gestão escolar, principalmente no que tange à
comunicação entre pais de alunos e corpo docente, devido à demanda de agendas, informativos
e recados em papel. Com o avanço da tecnologia, a comunicação passa a ser informatizada,
através da agenda virtual. Assim, visando analisar de que maneira os gestores pedagógicos
podem auxiliar suas equipes a utilizarem as novas tecnologias digitais no ambiente escolar, com
foco na comunicação ágil, transparente e uniforme entre pais e professores, esta pesquisa
buscou identificar quais as ferramentas tecnológicas voltadas para a área de educação que
podem ajudar nesta questão, bem como evidenciar a importância do papel do coordenador
pedagógico frente às novas tecnologias. Então, a pergunta norteadora da presente dissertação
foi: como as plataformas educacionais podem facilitar o trabalho da gestão escolar? As
hipóteses da pesquisa foram: i). As plataformas digitais facilitam o trabalho da gestão escolar,
possibilitando apresentar relatório de desempenho, tanto dos alunos, quanto os acessos dos
professores. Esta hipótese levantada, foi comprovada. A outra hipótese foi: ii). As plataformas
digitais, ou agenda online, facilitam a comunicação de forma efetiva entre a escola e as famílias,
possibilitando comunicar-se em tempo real, refletir quais os benefícios que essa comunicação
trouxe para a gestão e/ou administração escolar. Esta hipótese foi comprovada parcialmente,
uma vez que, tendo muitas plataformas de comunicação, podem confundir os pais. A última
hipótese era: iii). As plataformas digitais, além de gerarem engajamento, diminuem os custos,
minimizando o uso do papel e tinta na escola, assim, diminuindo os custos financeiros. Esta
hipótese foi comprovada. A escolha deste tema justifica-se pelo fato de o assunto ser atual,
vivenciado na maioria das escolas no Brasil, o que possibilitou à investigadora associar esta
pesquisa a uma metodologia de estudo de caso descritivo. Buscou-se analisar as organizações
escolares e seus diversos modelos de gestão; procurou-se ainda realizar uma pesquisa em uma
escola da rede privada de ensino que é referência e pioneira no uso das tecnologias no contexto
educacional. Foi observada a prática educacional vivenciada através de entrevistas aplicadas
em diversos segmentos e com profissionais da escola ligados à gestão educacional. Foram
analisados aspectos da cultura existente na escola, bem como a sua forma de relacionar-se,
estratégias de trabalho, aspectos estes implícitos na gestão escolar. Ficou evidenciado, após a
análise das entrevistas realizadas com os gestores da escola pesquisada, que as plataformas
digitais possuem uma relevância nos dias atuais no que diz respeito à ser mais dinâmica, fluida,
transparente e uniforme facilitando a comunicação entre os diversos atores sociais da
comunidade escolar, designadamente entre pais e os gestores.
This research seeks to discuss how technological tools (platform) can help in school management and how important the role of the pedagogical coordinator is, regarding new technologies. Aiming to analyze how management can help the school team to use the new digital technologies in the school environment, which points to a new question: how new digital technologies (digital diary/ platform) can help in communication between school management and parents. It should be taken into consideration that the School is multiple spaced with different conceptions and that in its educational context there is always a diversity of ideas, behaviors and conceptions. It was, therefore, chosen to discuss the use of new digital technologies in the educational environment because it is a current subject that is experienced in most schools and because it requires a lot of dedication to understand this new moment, aiming to adapt in a quiet way to all these transformations and to any innovation in education. This study aims to contribute with analyzes on school management and the use of technological resources considering that technological innovation has brought great advances, especially in the school environment. The aim was to analyze school organizations and their different management models, and the research was performed in a private school that is a reference and a pioneer in the use of technologies in the educational context. Observing the educational practice experienced through interviews applied in different segments and with several school professionals such as: educational management from high school, middle school, kindergarten, administrative management and so on. Aspects of the current school culture, which are implicit in school management, were analyzed, as well as its way of relating and work strategies.
