Abstract(s)
O presente relatório foi elaborado no âmbito do estágio curricular integrado no Mestrado em Psicologia
do Trabalho e das Organizações da Universidade Católica Portuguesa, com o objetivo de descrever as
atividades desenvolvidas no período de Outubro de 2014 a Junho de 2015, registando um total de 694
horas. O estágio foi realizado na empresa de transporte coletivo de passageiros Transportes Urbanos de
Braga/Empresa Municipal (TUB/EM), tendo sido integrado no departamento de Recursos Humanos.
O trabalho está dividido em três capítulos, sendo o primeiro referente à apresentação e descrição da
organização, o segundo é relativo à importância do Psicólogo do Trabalho e das Organização e uma
observação assistemática do contexto de estágio, e o terceiro capítulo compreende a descrição das
atividades desempenhadas e sua fundamentação teórica.
The present report has been produced within the curricular internship integrated in the Master of Work and Organizational Psychologist from Portuguese Catholic University, in order to describe the activities implemented during the period of October 2014 to June 2015, registering a total of 694 hours. The internship was realized in the public transport passengers company Transportes Urbanos de Braga, having been integrated into the Human Resources department. The work is divided into three chapters, being the first on the presentation and description of the organization, the second concerns the importance of Work and Organizational Psychology and systematic observation of internship context, and the third chapter contains the description of the activities performed and its theoretical foundation.
