aquele cujo pensamento iremos seguir e acompanhar é Luis González-Carvajal.
parece vetusto e entorpecido.
With the arrival of modernism, the society and its various subsystems emancipated from the supervision of the Church by beginning to organize itself from an autonomous rationality. This process, called as secularization, had significant consequences in the way the church began to interact with the world and the civil society as well. Several writers has already addressed this topic, however, we will follow and accompany the school of Luis González-Carvajal. Taking him as a reference for the study of this topic, we will try to understand all through this work the different aspects of secularization, namely its damaging and harmful forms: the secularism, checking what are the consequences for the Christianism. Once we know the context in which we move, we will try to (re)discover the original source of strength and freshness of Christian identity so that we can present some concrete pastoral proposals which will contribute for the rejuvenation of a Christianism which seems old aged and numb.
