Medidas não-farmacológicas na prevenção da infeção do local cirúrgico : uma visão especializada

Abstract(s)
A realização deste Relatório de Estágio, inscrito no plano de estudos do Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem com Especialização em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, na área de Enfermagem à Pessoa em Situação Crítica, do Instituto de Ciências da Saúde da Universidade Católica Portuguesa, pretende demonstrar de forma crítica e reflexiva as competências desenvolvidas ao longo dos estágios desenvolvidos na Ambulância de Suporte Imediato de Vida de Lisboa e num Serviço de Cirurgia Cardiotorácica de um Hospital Central de Lisboa. O presente relatório tem como principal objetivo o culminar de um percurso de desenvolvimento de competências especializadas de natureza técnica, ética e relacional assim como servir de instrumento para obtenção do grau de mestre. Encontra-se estruturado de acordo com os estágios realizados, os devidos objetivos, as atividades desenvolvidas e as competências adquiridas. A realização de uma scoping review sobre “Medidas não-farmacológicas na prevenção da infeção do local cirúrgico no doente submetido a cirurgia de urgência” com a apresentação de um Poster no III Seminário Internacional do Mestrado em Enfermagem, permitiu-me mapear e divulgar a melhor evidência no sentido de contribuir para a melhoria da qualidade dos cuidados. Uma sessão de formação sobre “Cuidados ao doente portador de HeartMate 3 – LVAD em contexto extra-hospitalar” que decorreu no Instituto Nacional de Emergência Médica e uma apresentação do tema no Ciclo de Webinars de Investigação em Enfermagem 2020│6ª Edição «Encontro de Investigadores» da Ordem dos Enfermeiros, permitiu-me discutir as implicações da investigação, contribuindo para o conhecimento novo e para o desenvolvimento da prática clínica especializada. Considero que atingi os objetivos a que me propus, nomeadamente contribuir para o meu desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional, desenvolver competências na área de Enfermagem à Pessoa em Situação Crítica.
The realization of this Internship Report, enrolled in the study plan of Master degree in Nurse, with Specialization in Medical-Surgical Nursing, in the area of Nursing for Persons in Critical Situation, from the Institute of Health Sciences, Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Lisbon, Portugal, demonstrate critically reflective skills developed during the internships in the Ambulance of Immediate Life Support in Lisbon and the Cardiothoracic Surgery Service at the Hospital Central of Lisbon. The main objective of this present report is to culminate in the development of specialized skills of a technical, ethical and relational nature, as well to serve as an instrument for obtaining a Master degree. Is structured according to the stages carried out, with objectives outlined, the activities developed and the skills acquired. The realization of a scoping review on “Non-pharmacological prevention of surgical wound infections in patients undergoing emergency surgery” with the presentation of a Poster at the III International Seminar of the Master degree in Nursing, it allowed me to map and disseminate the best evidence to contribute to the quality of care. Training session about the “Care for the patient with HeartMate 3 – LVAD in extra hospital context” that took place at the INEM. And a presentation of the theme in the Cycle of Webinars in Nursing Research 2020│6th Edition «Meeting of Researchers» of the Order of Nurses on October 22, 2020. It allowed me to discuss the implications of the research, contributing to new knowledge and the development of specialized clinical practice. I believe that I have achieved the objectives, namely to contribute to my personal and professional development, to develop skills in the area of Nursing for Persons in Critical Situation.
