Abstract(s)
A elaboração do presente relatório traduz toda a actividade desenvolvida ao longo dos
diferentes contextos de estágios e surge no âmbito da Unidade Curricular – Relatório, inserido
no Plano Curricular do Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem com Especialização em Saúde
Infantil e Pediatria, do Instituto de Ciências da Saúde da Universidade Católica Portuguesa –
Porto. O relatório centra-se na descrição crítico-reflexiva das actividades desenvolvidas no
estágio, que decorreu no período entre 26 de Abril de 2010 e 28 de Janeiro de 2011. O Módulo
I foi realizado na Unidade de Cuidados de Saúde Personalizados Coração de Jesus – Lisboa; o
Módulo II na Unidade de Cuidados Intensivos Neonatais do Hospital de São Sebastião e
Urgência Pediátrica do Hospital de São João e o Módulo III no Serviço de Pediatria do Hospital
Pedro Hispano, representando todos eles extrema importância para o meu percurso formativo,
pessoal e profissional, dando-me a possibilidade de ir ao encontro de experiências
significativas que complementaram a minha experiência profissional e formação O objectivo
principal deste relatório centra-se na análise do caminho percorrido e das aprendizagens e
competências adquiridas ao longo da sua realização. A metodologia utilizada na realização sua
é descritiva e reflexiva, apoiada em pesquisas bibliográficas, conhecimentos retirados da minha
prática profissional e de conhecimentos adquiridos. Ao longo de todo o seu percurso, este
relatório pretende retirar implicações práticas para optimizar e adequar a minha prática em
Enfermagem de Saúde Infantil e Pediatria.
The preparation of this report reflects all the activities develop throughout the different internship´s contexts, arising in the context of the Curricular Unit - Report, included in the Master's Degree Course Plan´s curriculum in Nursing with specialization in Pediatrics and Child Health, of the Institute of Health Sciences (Catholic University of Portugal - Porto.). This report focuses on the critical-reflective description of the activities develop on internship, which took place in the period between April 26th, 2010 and January 28th, 2011. The first Module was carried out at the Health Care Personalized Unit in Coração de Jesus – Lisbon; the second module was put through in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Hospital de São Sebastião and on the Pediatric Emergency of S. João Hospital while the Module III was done in the Pediatric service in the Pedro Hispano Hospital, representing all extremely important for my career training, personal and professional pathway while giving me the chance to meet with significant experiences that complemented my professional experience and training. The main gold of this report focuses on the analysis of the path and on the learning skills acquired throughout its performance. The methodology used is descriptive and reflective, based on bibliographic research, knowledge withdrawn from all my practice and acquired knowledge. Throughout its way, this report aims to draw practical implications to optimize and adapt my practice on Child Health and Paediatrics nursing.
