Abstract(s)
Com este trabalho pretendemos proceder a uma análise do acidente de trabalho em missão. É nosso objetivo elencar as principais características e especialidades da figura enquadrando-a no regime jurídico português dos acidentes de trabalho.
Assim, centraremos a nossa atenção na al. h) do n.º 1 do art. 9.º da Lei n.º 98/2009, procurando diferenciar esta de figuras afins e procedendo a uma análise, quer da doutrina, quer da jurisprudência, nacional e estrangeira, no âmbito desta matéria.
With this work we intend to analize work accidents (“industrial accidents”) when in mission. It is our goal to list the main charateristics and specialties of the figure, placing it in the portuguese legal regime of work accidents. Therefore, we shall focus our attention on al. h) in paragraph 1 of article 9 from Law no. 98/2009, seeking to differentiate it from similar figures and proceeding to analyze both doctrine and jurisprudence, national and international, regarding this matter.
