dc.description.abstractA elaboração deste relatório aborda o meu percurso nos locais de estágio no âmbito do Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem com Especialização em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, através de uma metodologia descritiva e refletiva dos objetivos e das atividades desenvolvidas. Os estágios foram realizados num Serviço de Medicina Intensiva num Hospital de referência na zona norte e em contexto Pré-Hospitalar. A escolha destes locais de estágio permitiu conhecer o trajeto a ser realizado pelo doente crítico que necessita de cuidados e intervenções nessas áreas, compreender as atividades realizadas em cada valência e desenvolver conhecimentos teórico-práticos junto de profissionais com larga experiências nestas áreas. A segurança do doente nas diversas vertentes dos cuidados foi o tema sobre o qual me debrucei e foi transversal aos dois contextos na elaboração das atividades desenvolvidas ao longo dos dois estágios. Estes constituíram oportunidades para desenvolver competências e simultaneamente para compreender e promover a segurança do doente através de estratégias e atividades para melhorar a qualidade dos cuidados prestados. Considerou-se pertinente a realização de trabalhos individualizados sobre este tema nomeadamente uma Revisão bibliográfica da Literatura - A perspetiva do enfermeiro face à cultura da segurança do doente no Serviço de Medicina Intensivo e uma pesquisa bibliográfica e posteriormente uma apresentação que foi realizada nas instalações do Instituto Nacional de Emergência Médica sobre a forma, de uma sessão de formação/sensibilização disponibilizada a toda a equipa, ao enfermeiro tutor e orientadora. Os trabalhos desenvolvidos ao longo dos estágios permitiram o desenvolvimento e consolidação de competências. A metodologia de trabalho utilizada para a elaboração do relatório foi expositiva e reflexiva, baseada na exposição e reflexão das atividades desenvolvidas de forma cronológica, onde constam os objetivos delineados, as atividades desenvolvidas e as respetivas competências adquiridas no âmbito da especialização em enfermagem médico-cirúrgica na vertente do doente crítico.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractThe elaboration of this report addresses my course in the internship places within the scope of the Masters Course in Nursing with Specialization in Medical- Surgical Nursing, through a descriptive and reflective methodology of the objectives and activities developed. The internships were performed at an Intensive Care Unit in a reference hospital in the northern zone and in a prehospital setting. The choice of these training sites allowed us to know the path to be performed by the critical patient who needs care and interventions in these areas, to understand the activities performed in each valency and to develop theoretical-practical knowledge with professionals with wide experience in these areas. The patient's safety in the various aspects of care was the theme on which I dealt and was transversal to the two contexts in the elaboration of the activities developed during the two stages. These were opportunities to develop competencies and simultaneously to understand and promote patient safety through strategies and activities to improve the quality of care provided. It was considered pertinent to carry out individualized work on this topic namely a Literature Review of Literature - The nurse's perspective regarding the safety culture of the patient in the Intensive Medicine Service and a bibliographical research and later a presentation that was carried out in the premises of the Institute National Medical Emergency on the form of a training / awareness session made available to the whole team, to the nurse tutor and counselor. The work developed during the internships allowed the development and consolidation of competences. The work methodology used for the elaboration of the report was expositive and reflective, based on the exposure and reflection of the activities developed in a chronological way, which includes the objectives outlined, the activities developed and the respective competences acquired in the scope of the medical-surgical nursing specialization on the critical patient side.pt_PT
