Os acordos parassociais são uma realidade frequente na vida societária. Ainda assim, a sua atual regulação não se encontra adequada no que toca à realidade dos acordos parassociais omnilaterais. Urgeuma revisão à legislação societária que reconheça a realidade dos acordos parassociais omnilaterais e estipule, em concreto, a amplitude dos efeitos jurídicos destes acordos.
Shareholders agreements are a frequent reality in the corporate world. Even so, its current regulation is not adequate considering the reality of omnilateral hareholder agreements. A revision of corporate legislation is urgently needed to recognize the reality of omnilateral shareholder agreements and to establish the extent of the legal effects of these agreements.
