Quando os fatores que conduzem à satisfação no trabalho são devidamente tratados, poderão ser uma mais-valia para as organizações e respetivos colaboradores, podendo promover uma forte competitividade do negócio, que por sua vez se possa traduzir num aumento do lucro, maximizando assim, o valor dos colaboradores que lá trabalham. Assim, o presente estudo tem como principal objetivo analisar os principais determinantes da satisfação no trabalho dos colaboradores da organização Talenter. O presente trabalho expõe uma breve revisão teórica acerca da satisfação em contexto organizacional, estudando os diversos entendimentos existentes da mesma, sob a ótica das diversas teorias, causas e consequências desenvolvidas na literatura. Em termos metodológicos, recorreu-se a um estudo de caso na organização Talenter. No que refere aos instrumentos de recolha de dados, foi utilizado o inquérito por questionário dirigido aos colaboradores ativos da referida organização. Dos resultados obtidos, foram identificadas as variáveis supervisão e colegas de trabalho como sendo as mais satisfatórias para os colaboradores da Talenter, contribuindo assim para a potencialização da satisfação no trabalho dos mesmos. Em contrapartida, as variáveis que se destacam negativamente como insatisfatórias são as variáveis salário, benefícios e condições de trabalho. Por fim, determinou-se que, no geral, a satisfação dos colaboradores é neutra, isto é, que o nível de satisfação no trabalho geral dos colaboradores se encontra num patamar intermédio.
When the factors that lead to job satisfaction are properly considered, benefits to the companies and to their workforce may anise, as costs may be saved leading to a higher competitiveness of the business, which itself may lead to higher profits, maximizing the output of the workers. The present study exposes a brief theoretical vision about satisfaction in an organizational context, examining several aspects of job satisfaction, namely the causes and consequences developed in the literature. Therefore, the main objective of the study is to analyze the most relevant determinants of job satisfaction of the workers of the company Talenter. Regarding the methodology, it was selected a case study in the firm Talenter, using a questionnaire survey made to ali the active employees of the firm to collect the data. The results obtained allowed to identify the variables supervision and coworkers as the oves which exhibit higher satisfaction for Talenter's employees, thus contributing to enhance their overall job satisfaction. On the contrary, the variables which exhibit higher dissatisfaction are salary, benefits and working conditions. It was finally determined that, in general, the overall job satisfaction is neutral, which means that the employee's job satisfaction is at an intermediate level.
