Na poesia de Adília Lopes, é possível observar como as formas de tratamento no português europeu são variadas e portadoras de diferentes valores linguísticos, confirmando a complexidade que tem sido sublinhada por vários trabalhos, de Luís F. Lindley Cintra a Sandi Michele de Oliveira. Neste artigo, pretende-se investigar de que modo as formas de tratamento são usadas na construção autoral da poetisa portuguesa, não só pelo uso de diferentes pronomes e formas verbais como pelas variações no próprio nome. Nesse sentido, analisam-se as formas de tratamento presentes em inúmeros textos da obra poética de Adília Lopes nos quais figuras, identificadas ou não, mencionam a autora ou a ela se dirigem em discurso direto. Propõe-se que este recurso criativo a diferentes formas de tratamento contribui para aprofundar a pesquisa autobiográfica e linguística da obra adiliana, ao mesmo tempo que revela a necessidade do discurso dos outros na definição da sua própria construção autoral.
In Adília Lopes’ poetry, it is possible to notice how forms of address in European Portuguese are varied and carry different linguistic values, confirming the complexity that has been underlined by numerous works, from Luís F. Lindley Cintra to Sandi Michele de Oliveira. In this research, I intend to investigate how forms of address contribute to the authorial construction of this Portuguese poet, not only by using distinct pronouns regarding her own figure but also by displaying variations on her name. In this sense, I analyse the forms of address used in many texts of Adília’s poetic work in which several figures, identified or not, mention the author or address her in direct speech. I suggest that this creative use of multiple forms of address deepens the autobiographical and linguistic research of Adília’s work, at the same time it reveals the need for the discourse of others in the definition of her own authorial identity.
