Abstract(s)
This report follows the Master's Course in Nursing with Specialization in Medical- Surgical Nursing, developed by the Institute of Health Sciences of the Portuguese Catholic University of Lisbon. In this report, we intend to describe, analyze and focus on the reflection inherent in the development of competencies in the provision of specialized care to the Critically Situated Person and his / her Family. The traineeship, as a practical component, and complementary to theoretical knowledge, was carried out in two University Hospitals Reference Centers of Lisbon, where one of the contexts was a Multipurpose Emergency Service, the other an Intensive Care Unit of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. In view of the objectives and competencies outlined for this training course, strategies, activities and interventions were implemented to deepen, mobilize and consolidate knowledge, of which the most noteworthy was the realization of an informative poster about "Nursing Care for the Critically Ill Person with Digestive Hemorrhage Alta, adapted to the two training contexts, a training session in service in the Unit of Intensive Care of Gastroenterology and Hepatology titled "High Digestive Hemorrhage - Our Care ...". Given the urgent need to continually use research as a support for the practice of care - evidence-based practice, experiences and opportunities provided - led to a literature review based on the current state of the art on transplantation of the intestinal microbiome in the person with Inflammatory Bowel Disease: "Benefits of transplantation of the intestinal microbiome applied to the person in situation of inflammatory bowel disease: scoping review".
