| dc.description.abstract | Com o presente relatório reflexivo pretende-se descrever o percurso escolar de um aluno com Trissomia 21 (T21), na perspetiva de um professor de Educação Especial (EE). Trata-se de um caminho a dois, no qual é descrito o percurso de ambos e qual foi o momento em que se cruzaram. Para que a descrição do caminho fosse clarividente e sensata, foi necessário entender alguns fatores extrínsecos ao dito percurso formal, e perceber como o influenciaram. Ao longo do caminho, de outra forma não poderia ser, esteve sempre presente, não o conceito de inclusão, porque palavras “leva-as o vento”, mas a inclusão aplicada no terreno, neste caso concreto a todos os níveis através de um vínculo entre escola e sociedade. Esta realidade só foi possível com o envolvimento da família, escola, colegas e com a aplicação da legislação dando cumprimento ao Decreto - Lei n.º 3/2008, de 7 de Janeiro e à Portaria n.º 201-C/2015, de 10 de junho. Desta forma, e com a inclusão aplicada no terreno, predomina a abertura face às diferenças e ao direito à igualdade de oportunidades numa sociedade, em que o aluno com Necessidades Educativas Especiais (NEE) tem imperiosamente direito a estar incluído na “multidão social”. É esta inclusão que vai dissipar diferenças, originar oportunidades e dignificar a condição humana. | dc.description.abstract | The present essay aims to describe, in the perspective of an Educative Special Needs Teacher, the scholastic path of a student with Trisomy 21. This path is made by two, describing the way each journey and the exact moment they cross one’s path. For a clear-sighted and wise description of this path, it was necessary to understand some outward factors, to the formal path and comprehend how they influence it. All the way, the concept of inclusion was always present, and it couldn’t have been any other way once “words go with the wind”, but inclusion applied on field, on this particular case, at all levels through a bond between school and society. This reality was only possible through the commitment of family, school and colleagues and with strict application of the law Decreto - Lei nr. 3/2008 from 7th January and Portaria nr. 201- C/2005 from 10th June. In this way and with the inclusion applied on field, the opening to differences and the right to equality and opportunities in society prevails, where the educative Special Needs Student has imperiously the right to be included on the “social crowd”. This inclusion will dissipate all differences, will create opportunities and will dignify the human condition.
